Women Taking Strides On The Field: The First NWSL Partner Summit

The beautiful game is getting even better, and The Promotions Dept. at the heart of the action! This past weekend, our team headed to San Diego for the first ever National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) Partner Summit for a rare opportunity to connect and strategize. 

The Summit buzzed with energy as representatives from all NWSL franchises and partners came together for the first time since the league’s inception in 2013.  The Promotions Dept., a new licensee to the NWSL, is no stranger to events like Summit as a long-time licensee for MLS, WNBA and NFL. Richard Hill had this to say about the event; “Having worked in sports for so many years, I've never been to such an open and honest up-front meeting like NWSL’s Summit. The ability to interact with front-office partners and colleagues around the league leads me to believe that the future of women's soccer is in great hands. There couldn't be a better partnership for our woman-owned business than this engaging and dynamic organization.”

Learning from the Best

While at Summit, we had the privilege of hearing from league officials, inspiring partners, and representatives from the championship finalists: Gotham FC and the OL Reign before watching the Final at the state-of-the-art Snapdragon Stadium, witnessing over 25,000 passionate fans cheering for their teams.
